Executive Director
John joins Western Caucus after working for Chairman Doug LaMalfa for eleven years, starting as a Staff Assistant and most recently serving as his Legislative Director. A proud Hawkeye, John has undergraduate degrees in Political Science and History from the University of Iowa. He was born and raised in Palos Verdes, California.

Chris Loranger
Policy Advisor
Chris is a proud Rhode Islander and George Washington University alumnus with a passion for energy policy and geopolitics. He joins the Congressional Western Caucus after a year as an energy fellow with Rep. Chuck Fleischmann (R-TN) through the ClearPath Conservative Leadership Program.

Stephanie Gross
Policy Advisor
Stephanie was born and raised in Northern Colorado. She is a proud graduate of Colorado State University, where she graduated with an undergraduate degree in Political Science. Stephanie joined the Congressional Western Caucus after working for the representatives of Colorado's 4th Congressional District and the House Committee on Small Business.

Quinn Waln-Jenssen
Member Services Coordinator
Quinn is a military brat whose upbringing took her across the country before she planted roots in Arizona to pursue a degree in Political Science at the University of Arizona. Before joining the Western Caucus, Quinn worked in the office of Chairman Doug LaMalfa.
