View the bill here. “Congress did the right thing in extending the funding ban on expansion of Pinon Canyon, and I am pleased that we are able to provide some added certainty for the people of this region. Having said that, the ultimate goal remains to implement a solution that protects private property rights and gives ranchers, farmers and the people of these communities the long-term certainty needed to attract future businesses, strengthen and preserve agriculture production, and continue to preserve the history of past generations.” |
