Domestic Energy and Jobs Act on the House floor this week, Gardner to speak at press conference

WASHINGTON D.C. – Congressman Cory Gardner’s (R-CO) Domestic Energy and Jobs Act (DEJA) will be debated in the House this week. Gardner is the lead sponsor of DEJA, which includes seven bills that make up a comprehensive energy agenda.

“This package tackles the high energy costs that are hurting American families, creates thousands of jobs, and addresses our long term energy security,” Gardner said. 

The bill has been scheduled for consideration on the House floor Wednesday, and a vote is expected Thursday.  

Tomorrow, Congressman Gardner will be participating in House Republican Leadership’s weekly press conference to discuss his bill.
