Congressman Cramer served on the North Dakota Public Service Commission from 2003 until 2012, whose jurisdiction included oversight of mine reclamation, electricity and gas rates, transmission facility and energy generation siting, and grain sale and storage. North Dakota is home to America’s lowest unemployment rate and a leader in the nation’s energy supply.
