ICYMI: "Champions of Rural America"

A new episode of “Champions of Rural America” on RFD-TV highlights American mining, wild horses and burros, and the dangers of the Chinese Communist Party ownership of American farmland.

The Western Caucus Foundation recently debuted episode 6 of “Champions of Rural America” on RFD-TV. In this episode, Western Caucus Members discussed American mining and ways that government officials can expand mining domestically and harness America's natural resources. Also discussed was foreign ownership of U.S. farmland by the Chinese Communist Party and efforts to prevent this national security threat.

Among the topics covered in this latest episode was the overpopulation of wild horses and burros and their impact on farmers and ranchers across rural America. Additionally, the Cherry Blossoms along the Tidal Basin and their rich history was covered as spring begins in our Nation’s capital.

This episode features Chairman Dan Newhouse (WA-04), Vice Chairs Ryan Zinke (MT-01), Pete Stauber (MN-08), Celeste Maloy (UT-02), Mark Amodei (NV-02) and Reps. Mariannette Miller-Meeks (IA-01) and Jim Moylan (GU-AL).
