Washington, D.C. (November 6, 2015) – Today President Obama has rejected the Keystone XL Pipeline. Congressional Western Caucus Chairman Cynthia Lummis (WY-At Large) released the following statement in response: “After years and years of stalling President Obama has finally made his decision,” said Chairman Lummis. “The Keystone XL Pipeline was a golden opportunity to help increase American energy security, create jobs, and grow our economy.
